Who we are

This site is operated by Weebo Pty Ltd (ABN 61 701 914 007) ("Weebo", "we", "us"). We provide done-for-you Google review automation for home service businesses in Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

The information we collect

From visitors to this website

• Your name, business name, trade, phone number and current review count, when you submit the demo form.
• Anything else you choose to tell us when you call or email.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you view.

From our clients

• Your contact and billing details as the account holder.
• Access to your Google Business Profile, so we can publish replies on your behalf.
• Your customer records, which you provide so we can request reviews. These typically include your customers' names, mobile numbers, email addresses and job details.

Your customers' information

When we contact your past and current customers, we do so on your behalf and on your instructions. You remain responsible for making sure you are entitled to give us that information and to have those customers contacted. We do not use your customer lists for our own marketing, and we do not share them with other clients.

How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and enquiries.
• To deliver the service: sending review requests, follow-ups and replies.
• To bill you and keep account records.
• To improve how the service performs and to report results back to you.
• To meet our legal obligations.

Electronic messages

Review requests and follow-ups we send on your behalf identify the business sending them and include a way to opt out. If someone opts out, we stop contacting them. Under the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), consent to contact your customers comes from your relationship with them, which is why we ask you to confirm you have it before we start.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the providers we need to run the service, such as our messaging provider, CRM, hosting and payment processors, and with Google where a review reply is published. Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We do not sell personal information, and we do not disclose it to anyone else unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

Storage, security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including access controls and encryption in transit. We keep client and customer records for as long as your account is active, and after that only as long as we need them for legal, tax or dispute purposes. You can ask us to delete your customer lists when you cancel.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work and to understand basic traffic patterns. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing bobby@weebo.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable period, and there is no charge to make a request.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, email us first at bobby@weebo.com.au and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version always sits on this page, with the date it was last changed.

1. These terms

These terms apply when you sign up to Weebo Pty Ltd (ABN 61 701 914 007). By starting a subscription you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

2. What we provide

Weebo is a done-for-you Google review service. A subscription includes:

• Review reactivation of your past customers.
• Personalised image review requests on completed jobs.
• Dynamic follow-ups until a review lands or the customer opts out.
• Same-day replies to reviews on your Google Business Profile.
• A live review widget for your website, which is optional and installed on request.

We may improve or change how these are delivered, as long as the overall service does not materially reduce.

3. Fees and billing

• The subscription is $297 per month, in Australian dollars, including GST.
• There is no setup fee and no minimum term.
• Billing is monthly in advance, from the date you start.
• If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is resolved.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by texting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and we will not bill you again. We do not refund part-months. On cancellation we stop sending requests and replies, and we will delete your customer lists on request.

5. Our 30-day guarantee

If you do not receive at least 10 new 5-star Google reviews in your first 30 days, your first month is free and we refund what you paid for it.

For the guarantee to apply:

• The 30 days run from the day your campaign goes live, not the day you sign up.
• You give us a database of at least 300 past customers you are entitled to contact. Below that number there is not enough volume for us to guarantee the result, and the guarantee does not apply.
• You keep sending us completed jobs during the period.
• You give us the Google Business Profile access we need, and that profile stays active and able to receive reviews.
• Reviews counted are new, public, 5-star reviews posted to your profile in that window.
• You claim it by emailing us within 14 days of the end of the 30-day period.

We have no control over Google, and this guarantee is the full extent of what we promise about results. Nothing else on our website, including example figures and case studies, is a promise that your business will achieve the same.

6. Your responsibilities

• Consent. You confirm you are entitled to contact the customers whose details you give us, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer data you provide.
• Access. You give us the access we need to your Google Business Profile, and tell us promptly if it changes.
• Your own work. The reviews you earn reflect the job you do. We ask for honest feedback, so results depend on your customers being happy.

7. How we handle reviews

We ask real customers for honest reviews. We do not buy, fabricate or incentivise reviews, and we do not stop anyone leaving whatever review they want. We work within Google's review policies, and if those policies change we change how we operate to match.

8. Intellectual property

We keep ownership of our systems, templates and materials. You keep ownership of your brand, your customer data and your reviews. You give us permission to use your business name and branding in messages we send on your behalf and in replies we publish for you. If we want to use your results or logo as a case study, we will ask first.

9. Liability

Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including your customers' details, and forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you before it applies to your subscription. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.
